Why should I use LOC 101 services?

LOC 101 markets off campus housing properties directly to your target audience by working hand and hand with a specific university department or organization. Working directly with university departments or organizations ensures a successful link between the off campus housing owners and managers to the students. That link increases the probability of your property being leased at a faster rate because LOC 101 is a direct contact for your target audience.

How do I sign up and list my properties?

That's easy. Sign up for an account and follow the steps.

How long are the subscription periods?

Subscription periods run from August 1st - July 31st. So the earlier you sign up in the listing period the better!

How many listings can I have at one time?

LOC 101 subscription packages are based on total number of beds in each building you want to market. For example; if you have three different properties, each having 100 beds, you would purchase a package for 300 beds. The system is set up for you to advertise as many properties you'd like until you reach your total bed limit.

Can I edit my property information throughout the subscription period?

Yes.

Can I upload pictures of my properties? If so, how many?

Yes. You can upload five pictures of each property listed.

What if I forget my password?

If you happen to forget your password no problem. All you need to do is click the forgot your password link, enter your email address and the password will be directly emailed to you.
